HR Staff (Female -1 post)
- Graduate, preferably in the fields of Management.
- Relevant qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum (1) year experience in a relevant field.
- Sound knowledge in HR rules & regulations.
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Computer Literate.
- Proficiency in English Language.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes; print out CVs, arrange written tests & personal interviews.
- Carry out new employees on boarding processes.
- Handle the matters related to the Government Offices, such as, SSB, Income Tax etc.
- Assist in company training programs.
- In charge of attendance & payroll process.
- Keep abreast with the updated labor laws as well as other Human Right issues.
- Other ad-hoc departmental jobs as necessary.
