Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Graduate, preferably in the fields of Management.
  • Relevant qualification is an added advantage.
  • Minimum (1) year experience in a relevant field.
  • Sound knowledge in HR rules & regulations.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Computer Literate.
  • Proficiency in English Language.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment processes; print out CVs, arrange written tests & personal interviews.
  • Carry out new employees on boarding processes.
  • Handle the matters related to the Government Offices, such as, SSB, Income Tax etc.
  • Assist in company training programs.
  • In charge of attendance & payroll process.
  • Keep abreast with the updated labor laws as well as other Human Right issues.
  • Other ad-hoc departmental jobs as necessary.
